Background of the Study

Effective communication between teachers and students is essential for a successful learning experience. However, in many secondary schools, particularly in Damaturu Local Government Area, Yobe State, communication is often limited to in-class interactions, leaving students without adequate channels to seek help or engage with teachers outside of school hours. This lack of communication may lead to misunderstandings, missed opportunities for learning, and disengagement.

Mobile platforms offer a convenient solution for improving teacher-student communication. With the widespread use of mobile phones, these platforms allow for real-time messaging, notification systems, and easy access to educational resources, making it easier for students to communicate with teachers and vice versa. Mobile platforms can also facilitate group discussions, collaborative projects, and quick feedback, further enhancing the overall learning experience. By leveraging mobile technology, schools can create more responsive and accessible communication channels for both students and teachers.
